You don’t have to do this alone.

Do you ever feel like you’re going through the motions?

Underneath it all, you’re craving more connection, more ease, and just a moment to breathe.

I became a therapist because I’ve seen how easily life’s pressures and old patterns can leave us feeling disconnected. My mission is to help people reconnect with themselves and the people who matter most, so they can live with more clarity, ease, and meaning.

My work is guided by five core values: warmth, curiosity, authenticity, empowerment, and connection. I bring these into every session, creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported while exploring what’s underneath the surface.

I hold an Masters in Couples and Family Therapy from Seattle University and bring a holistic background to my work. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches to meet you where you are, including attachment-based work, Emotionally Focused Therapy, parts work, somatic practices, and mindfulness, tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals.

Book with Kendall

“Kendall is one of the most authentic, thoughtful, and attuned therapists I know. Her presence and practice is grounded in her genuine care for her clients, cultivating a safe space for your healing, growth, and new discoveries.“

—Lois Ahreum Yang, LMFTA

How I work:

At the core of my approach is the belief that therapy should feel both meaningful and useful.

In our work together, I balance deep reflection with practical steps, so you leave each session not only with new insight but also with tools you can use in daily life. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in old patterns, therapy is a space to slow down, explore what’s underneath, and start making change that actually sticks.

My foundation is rooted in attachment work, where emotions and relationships are at the center. I also bring curiosity about identity, culture, and the ways life transitions shape how we love, struggle, and grow.

With couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman-informed tools to help you reconnect, communicate more effectively, and navigate conflict with compassion.

For individuals, I create space to sort through patterns, build clarity, and find practical ways to feel more grounded and connected in daily life.

My goal is always to meet you where you are and support growth that feels both meaningful and sustainable.

“Kendall's approach is uniquely supportive to each individual client, but what is consistent is her genuine kindness, professional integrity, and amazing strength in delivering honesty with a humble tone. Her worldly experience is a true gift.”

What therapy with me is like…

Truth with Care
I’ll be honest with you, and I’ll do it with warmth. Real change happens when honesty and kindness meet.

Compassionate Curiosity
Your patterns didn’t appear out of nowhere. We’ll look at them with understanding instead of judgment.

Space to Be Human
Therapy isn’t about getting it “right.” It’s a place where you can bring all of yourself—the messy and the meaningful.

Moving at Your Pace
There’s no rush here. Growth often comes from slowing down and staying present with what matters most.
